Hotel allotment overview

Hotel Allotment Overview is a feature that shows bed number, rooms number, guarantee rooms. You can find it here: Hotel -> Business Intelligence -> Allotment Overview

Also if there is a red background on a cell, that means in that date is a stop sale.

Hotel Allotment Overview​

Filters​

There are 5 filter that can be used like below:

1. You can search by Hotel Code. If you search by hotel all filters are disabled

2. You can filter by transport

3. You can filter by Real Transport

4. You can filter by Resort

5. You can filter by Hotel Name

Bed Number​

Bed Number will show you all bed number left for a period.

Rooms Number​

Rooms number will show all remaining rooms that can be sold in a period. Also you can filter by parent rooms only by checking Show only parent room.

Guarantee Rooms​

By checking this checkbox you can view quarantee rooms number below the allotment line of each room.
