Copy Booking

The Copy Booking feature allows you to quickly duplicate passenger details from an existing booking into a new one — saving time and reducing manual input errors.

Steps to Use the Copy Booking Feature

1. Start a new booking from the Booking menu.

2. Insert the number of passengers for the new booking.

3. Select the transport option.

4. Select the hotel.

5. Before clicking the Take Allotment button, locate the field to insert the booking number you wish to copy passengers from.

6. Enter the booking number of the original booking.

Copying Process

• Click Take Allotment.

• An info message will appear asking:

  "Are you sure you want to copy the passengers?"

• Click OK to confirm.

The passengers from the original booking are now copied into your new booking.

Final Steps

1. Click Save Passengers to confirm and store the copied data.

2. Click Save Booking to complete the process.
