Board Type - Webboking
How to create a board type extra and select it on webbbooking
1. Create Extras for Board Types
Create extras for different board types without selecting the "All guests in one room share the same board type" checkbox. - Extras should be created successfully.

2. Create a Hotel Allotment
Use one of the created board types to create a hotel allotment - Allotment should be created successfully.

3. Create a Price List for the Allotment
Assign a price list to the hotel allotment - Allotment should be available with pricing.
4. Access the Web Booking
Open the web booking platform
5. Add Passenger Details
Enter details for passengers.
6. Check Board Type
Verify the board type selected in the hotel allotment tab - Correct board type should be displayed.

7. Check Pension Extra Type
Check if the pension extra type is available - The option should appear in the selection.
8. Validate Extra Availability
Check if the extra appears in the list - Extra should be listed correctly.

9. Finish the Booking
Finalize the booking - Booking is saved successfully.
10. Open the Ticket
Access the generated ticket - Ticket file should open and show the board type in the hotel section.

11. Check Extra Details in Ticket
Verify that extra’s details are included - Details should be present.

12. Modify Booking with Pension Extra
Return to webbooking, go to second tab, and select a pension extra with a different board type - Option should appear correctly in the input field.

13. Finish Booking Again
Complete the modified booking - Booking should save; ticket reflects updated board type and extras.


14. Validate Extra Setup
Navigate to Extra Setup → Extras, open the extra used, and expand the Board Supplements section - Board type dropdown and checkbox should be visible.
Checkbox for “All guests in one room share the same board type” should appear as selected.

15. Attempt Invalid Combination
Select two different pension extras with different board types and click Save - A warning should appear to prevent saving.

16. Delete Extras and Change Board Type
Remove selected extras, change board type from dropdown, then save - Board type input should update correctly.

17. Final Ticket Validation
Open the ticket - Board type should reflect selected input and Extra’s details should appear as configured
