Real Transport Dashboard

Overview

The Real Transport Dashboard provides an overview of all active and historical flight operations within a selected period. It allows users to monitor transport activities by departure and arrival locations, visualize flight capacity, and check the current booking situation for each departure.

The dashboard displays key operational data, including flight numbers, routes, dates, allotments, sold and available seats, and scheduled departure/arrival times.

Purpose

This page is designed to support the transport and operation teams in managing and verifying flight movements. It helps ensure accurate planning of seat allotments, identifies flights with remaining capacity, and provides quick access to detailed flight information when needed.

By filtering by date range, departure, or arrival location, users can easily narrow down the list to focus on specific routes or time periods.

Field Descriptions

Field	Description
Departure / Arrival filters	Filters used to define which routes are displayed. Selecting a departure and/or arrival airport refines the results accordingly.
Date from / Date to	Defines the reporting period for the displayed flights. Only flights within the selected dates are shown.
Display button	Loads the filtered results in the table according to the chosen filters and date range.
+ More filters / Clear	Allows additional filtering options to be added or clears all active filters.
Departure Time	Filters by departure hour
Arrival Time	Filters by Arrival hour
Transport	Displays the transport code that identifies each flight setup. The arrow icon allows expanding to view more detailed information.
Flight No	The unique flight number assigned to the transport operation.
Departure	The airport or location from which the flight departs.
Arrival	The airport or location to which the flight arrives.
Date	The calendar date on which the flight is scheduled to depart.
Allotment	The total number of seats allocated for the flight.
Sold	The number of seats already booked on that flight.
Available	The number of remaining seats available for booking. Calculated as Allotment – Sold.
Departure Time	The scheduled local time of departure from the origin airport.
Arrival Time	The scheduled local time of arrival at the destination airport.
