### FAQ

<details>

<summary>What’s the difference between <strong>Provider Reservation</strong> and <strong>Tourpaq Reservation</strong>?</summary>

**Provider Reservation** is the confirmation from the external supplier.

**Tourpaq Reservation** is the internal confirmation that Tourpaq finished processing the booking.

</details>

<details>

<summary>A booking is <strong>Tourpaq Pending Reservation</strong>. What should I do?</summary>

Wait a short time and refresh the list.

If it stays pending, check if the booking also has a provider issue.

Escalate with the booking number and reservation ID if needed.

</details>

<details>

<summary>A booking is <strong>Failed Provider Reservation</strong>. Can I still proceed?</summary>

No.

Treat it as not confirmed with the supplier.

Resolve the supplier failure first, before issuing final documents.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What does <strong>Transaction Status</strong> mean?</summary>

It shows whether payment was captured successfully.

Payment success does not guarantee supplier confirmation.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why do I see “success” on one side and “failed” on the other?</summary>

The two confirmations are separate steps.

A supplier can confirm while Tourpaq is still processing, or Tourpaq can confirm while the supplier later fails.

Use the page to spot these mismatches fast.
