Hotel Manager

In this menu you will be able to create and administer the hotel managers from the system.

To create a new hotel manager, click on Create button

Fields and Descriptions

Field	Description
Name	The name of the hotel manager
Address1	Primary address of the hotel manager
Address2	Secondary address of the hotel manager (optional).
City	The city where the hotel is located.
Country	The country where the hotel is located.
User ID	The system user assigned to manage this hotel manager. This is a dropdown selection.
Logo	Hotel logo. You can upload an image.
Phone1	Primary contact phone number.
Phone2	Secondary contact number (optional).
Fax1	Primary fax number.
Fax2	Secondary fax number (optional).
Latitude	Geographical latitude of the hotel for mapping/location services.
Longitude	Geographical longitude of the hotel.
Email	Contact email for the hotel.
Reservation Depth Email	Email for handling reservation details.
Link Address	Link to the hotel’s website or booking page.
Quest. Filter	A dropdown selection used for filtering purposes (context specific).

Notes

• Fields marked as required must be completed before submission.

• Upload functionality for the logo supports standard image formats (e.g., JPG, PNG).

• Latitude and Longitude should be accurate to ensure correct placement on maps.

• Use official or business contact details for phone, email, and fax fields.

• Ensure the User ID selected has the proper permissions and access level to manage hotel data.
