FAQ
What’s the difference between Destination and Resort?
A destination is a higher-level grouping (area/region).
A resort is a specific place inside a destination and is typically linked to an arrival gateway.
Why can’t I find a resort in lists or filters?
Check these first:
The resort Status is not set to hidden.
Show hidden is enabled (if the resort is hidden).
Hide as filter on lists is not enabled.
Can I delete a resort?
Only if it is not referenced by other data (for example hotels, price lists, or bookings).
If you want to stop using it, prefer setting Status to hidden instead.
How do I set the main photo for a resort?
On the Photos tab, enable Main photo on the image you want as the primary picture, then save.
Why do all uploaded photos get the same title and description?
When uploading multiple photos in one operation, the system applies the same Title and Description to each image.
Edit individual rows afterwards if you need unique values.
How do I show a destination/resort message only for specific travel dates?
Use Passenger Information and set Stay From/To (and optionally Booking Date From/To).
Enable Acknowledge if you need confirmation.
