Hotel reporting

Allows the sending of lists to suppliers directly from the hotel. The lists are the same as those found in the Export lists

Fields:

• Interval: select the timeframe of the report

• Bookings made [This is mutually exclusive to 'Days After']: Using this will cause the report to generate a report with all bookings made "x" days before

• Days after: send a list

• Hour: the hour when the e-mail is sent

• E-mail: e-mail that receives the list

• Schedulers: allows the user to view sent lists

• Reporting: type of lists sent

• Empty list: when checked, lists will be sent even if they are empty
