Tee Times
Overview
The Tee Times tab allows agents to schedule product availability for specific times, enabling precise reservations for each passenger in a booking. This feature is particularly useful for extras like golf, spa, or activity sessions that operate in time slots.
Purpose
To define specific date and time slots for extra products.
To assign time-specific reservations to individual passengers.
To manage availability efficiently for time-based services.
Preconditions
A booking must be created and saved with at least one passenger.
The booking must contain an extra product that uses a tee time reservation system.
The product must have pre-configured availability (time slots) in the system.
Instructions
🔹 Accessing the Tee Times Tab
Open the booking.
Navigate to the Tee Times tab.
🔹 Selecting Date and Time
Choose the date for which the extra product reservation should be made.
The available times for that product will be shown (e.g., 10:32 AM).
🔹 Assigning Tee Times to Passengers
Click on the first passenger listed.
Then click on the desired hour to reserve that slot for the selected passenger.
Repeat the process for the second, third, or any other passengers.
🔹 Finalizing Reservations
Once all passengers have been assigned a reservation time, click “Take Allotment.”
Click Save to confirm the reservations.
Result
Each selected passenger will now have a confirmed reservation at the chosen time.
These times will be reflected in the booking and, where applicable, printed documents or internal scheduling tools.
