Questionnaires - General
Questionnaires are a tool that allows companies together data from their customers regarding quality of their services.
Upon the responses of the customers, those services can be improved.
This section helps manage different survey schemas for collecting feedback or information, primarily for a Brand. Users can view, edit, or delete surveys from this interface.

Survey ID: A unique identifier for each questionnaire. If you clik on the ID, you will be able to edit the survey (General information, Questions etc)

Description: Provides details about each questionnaire
Eye Icon (👁️): Likely used to view survey details.
Trash Icon (🗑️): Used for deleting the questionnaire.
To set up a questionnaire,
go to Quality
Click on Questionniers Schemas
Select a brand
Click on Create
Set the name of the questionnaire
Set the help text of the questionnaire. It will be shown to the customers by hovering over the question mark.
Write the heather of the questionnaire. This will be shown on the customer center page when the customers are looking at their booking.
Set the footer text of the questionnaire that will be displayed at the end of the actual questionnaire, once the guests have answered all questions.
Click on Save
