Customer offers automatic flow

Overview

The Customer Offers Automatic Flow feature allows Tourpaq Office to automatically send emails and SMS offers to customers at predefined intervals. This ensures timely follow-up and improves engagement without requiring manual intervention for each reminder.

Location

Settings are located under Brand → Select Offer.

Email Reminder Schedule Days

Defines the intervals (in days) when automatic reminders are sent. Multiple days can be entered, separated by commas. Example: 3, 7, 14, 21.

Mail Reminder Subject

The subject line for the automatic email.

Mail Reminder Body

The content/body of the automatic email message.

SMS Reminder Body

The content of the automatic SMS message.

Send Schedule Email / SMS

Checkbox to enable the automatic sending of emails or SMS messages for the offer.

Usage

  • Enable the Send Schedule Email or Send Schedule SMS checkbox before sending any automatic reminders.

  • Once enabled, the system sends emails and SMS messages to customers according to the intervals specified in Email Reminder Schedule Days.

  • If a customer uses the offer to make a booking, any remaining scheduled reminders for that customer are automatically canceled.

Email History

  • The system keeps a history of all emails sent.

  • Scheduled emails that were canceled or unsent are displayed in red, providing a clear overview of pending and completed communications.
