Customer offer automatic flow

This feature will send automatic emails and offers at every set interval. For example: 7,14,21 days.

Setup

The settings are under Brand -> Select Offer.

• Email Reminder Schedule Days - Fill in the number of days to resend the offer, split by a comma! Example: 3, 7, 14, 21

• Mail Reminder Subject - The subject of the automatic email

• Mail Reminder Body - The body of the automatic email

• Sms Reminder Body - The content of the automatic SMS

Usage

To enable these automatic reminders, before sending the email/SMS, the checkbox "Send Schedule Email" or "Send Schedule SMS" should be enabled.

If the automatic reminder was enabled and the customer has made a booking by using the offer, the scheduled emails that remained unsent will be canceled.

Email History

The history of the email sent will show the scheduled ones marked in red.
