Customer offers automatic flow
Overview
The Customer Offers Automatic Flow feature allows Tourpaq Office to automatically send emails and SMS offers to customers at predefined intervals. This ensures timely follow-up and improves engagement without requiring manual intervention for each reminder.

Location
Settings are located under Brand → Select Offer.
Email Reminder Schedule Days
Defines the intervals (in days) when automatic reminders are sent. Multiple days can be entered, separated by commas. Example: 3, 7, 14, 21.
Mail Reminder Subject
The subject line for the automatic email.
Mail Reminder Body
The content/body of the automatic email message.
SMS Reminder Body
The content of the automatic SMS message.
Send Schedule Email / SMS
Checkbox to enable the automatic sending of emails or SMS messages for the offer.
Usage

Enable the Send Schedule Email or Send Schedule SMS checkbox before sending any automatic reminders.
Once enabled, the system sends emails and SMS messages to customers according to the intervals specified in Email Reminder Schedule Days.
If a customer uses the offer to make a booking, any remaining scheduled reminders for that customer are automatically canceled.
Email History

The system keeps a history of all emails sent.
Scheduled emails that were canceled or unsent are displayed in red, providing a clear overview of pending and completed communications.
