🔍 Overview

The Customer Center module is designed to provide a powerful interface for managing customer data. It allows users to search, view, and interact with customer records, check bonus packages, access customer dashboards, place catalog orders, and perform communication or export actions with ease.


The “Find Customer” feature enables precise filtering and retrieval of customer information. Users can search by one or multiple criteria:

🔢 Main Filters:

  • Customer No. – Unique identification number for each customer

  • First Name – Customer’s first name

  • Last Name – Customer’s last name

  • Company – Company name associated with the customer

  • Email – Registered email address

  • Phone – Landline contact number

  • Mobile – Mobile phone number

  • Fax – Fax number

  • Zip Code – Customer’s postal code

  • City – City of residence

  • Address – Street and number

  • Contact – Additional contact person

  • Ev Phone – Event phone or alternative contact number

  • Country – Country of residence

📅 Additional Filters:

  • Departure Period – Filters customers by their travel dates

  • Users – Filters based on the associated user/salesperson

  • Transport – Filter based on selected travel arrangements

  • Hotels – Filters based on booked accommodations

📤 Customer Actions

Once search results are returned, you can interact with the selected customer(s) using the following tools:

Action
Description

Send Email

Sends a customized email to selected customers directly from the module.

Send SMS

Sends a custom text message to selected customers. Useful for quick updates or reminders.

Export

Exports the generated customer list to a file, typically Microsoft Excel, but other formats (CSV, PDF) may be supported depending on system configuration.

Show Schedules

Automatically generates and displays a scheduled list of customers based on predefined filters and timing settings (e.g., weekly export or monthly follow-up report).
