Questionnaire Groups

✅ Overview
In the Tourpaq Quality Management System, the Questionnaire Groups section allows you to structure customer feedback questionnaires by themes or areas of interest. Each group corresponds to a specific aspect of the customer's holiday experience, enabling focused statistics and targeted quality improvements.
These groups form the backbone of the feedback analysis system, as they allow you to:
Organize questions logically.
Generate grouped reports (e.g., satisfaction with hotels vs. guides).
Provide stakeholders with relevant insights for their specific domains.
🧭 Purpose
Group questions under a common topic for easier reporting.
Allow filtering of feedback based on a specific aspect of the experience.
Provide clearer visualization in statistical dashboards.
⚙️ Interface Explanation
Group Name
Internal name used in the system to reference the group. This should be short, consistent, and easy to identify.
Title
The title that will appear in the customer-facing form or in feedback reports. It’s more descriptive and localized (e.g., in Danish).
✏️ Actions Available
Create (top-right button)
Opens a form to create a new questionnaire group. You must provide a Group Name and Title.
🗑️ Delete (trash icon per row)
Removes the questionnaire group from the system.
🚦Preconditions
You must have administrator permissions to manage questionnaire groups.
Before creating questions, it’s recommended to define all groups needed for segmentation.
Ensure Group Name is unique to avoid confusion in reporting or API references.
