WebBooking Settings

This page explains each field and option available in the Web Booking Settings configuration panel.

General Fields

• Extra Bed Information: Optional field to enter any additional information related to extra beds during booking.

• Footer Text: Text displayed in the footer of the web booking page.

• Footer Muted Text: Secondary footer text, typically used for disclaimers or legal notes.

• Page Title: The title of the web page, shown on the browser tab.

• Chat Check Link: (Optional) Link to a chat service health check.

• Chat Link: Link to the customer support chat widget. &#xNAN;Example: "https://messenger.providesupport.com/messenger/primotours.html"

• Info Mail To: Email address where general inquiries are sent.

Email Settings

• Abandon Email Enable: Enables sending emails when users abandon the booking process.

• Abandon Email From: Email address shown as the sender for abandonment emails.

• Abandon Email To: Email address where abandonment notifications are received.

• Error Email From / To: Addresses used for sending and receiving error notifications.

• Warning Email To: Address used for sending warnings (optional).

Offer Settings

• Offer Box Style: Select style for the offer display (Default selected).

• Date Format: Defines the date and time format. &#xNAN;Example: "DD.MM.YYYY HH:mm"

Show Hotel Comment in Customer Center	Display hotel comments to customers
Hide CPR Field	Hides the CPR (social security number) input field
Hide GDS Customer Info	Hide GDS-specific customer information
Hide Bonus Code Field	Hide promotional bonus code input field
Hide Newsletter Subscription	Hides the newsletter opt-in option
Show Date of Birth in Customer Center	Display customers' birth dates
Show Payment in Last Booking Step	Show payment options during the final step of booking
Disable Travel Insurance Editing Off Web	Prevent customers from editing travel insurance selections outside the web
Allow Products To Appear On First Page	Show additional products at the first booking step
Dock Room Layout Tooltip	Enables tooltip for room layouts
Show Roundtrip In Offer Section	Show roundtrip flights in offers
Show Confirmation Step	Enable a final confirmation step before booking submission
Always Collect Phone in Customer Center	Always request the phone number from customers
Show Customer Phone Prefix	Display country prefix with phone numbers (click Edit to modify this list).
Show Insurances As Product Section	Show travel insurance as separate product offers.
Collapsible Product Sections	Enable collapsible sections for products to enhance page organization.
Passenger Details Required on Web Booking	Expose phone and email fields in WebBooking Process

Notes:

• Fields marked with a checkbox are either active (checked) or inactive (unchecked).

• Make sure to correctly fill mandatory fields (such as email addresses) to avoid booking or communication errors.

• Save your changes after configuration.
