Good to Know

The Good to Know section is used by guides to provide customers with any type of information related to the resorts managed by that guide. These tips are configured in the Tourpaq Office when logged in as a guide or admin, using the Guest App -> Good to Know menu.

  • Go to Guest App / Good to Know

  • Click on Create

  • Set the agency - Choose the agency that the information is related to.

  • Set the resort or resorts - Pick the resort this info is about.

  • Set the title and then set the description - Give your info a title (a short name) and a description

  • Description - Short description of the resort

  • Images can be uploaded if required - You can add a picture if you want, but it's optional.

  • Click on save

The new information is shown in the list.
