Questionnaire Results

The dashboard presents survey results from passengers on different aspects of their journey. The ratings (1-5 scale) show overall satisfaction levels for airport experience, in-flight service, food, and hotel quality. The filters help customize the view based on departure and booking dates.

Key Sections of the Dashboard:

  1. Filters & Selection Options:

    • Name: The survey name.

    • Departure Period: A date range selection .

    • Booking Period: Another optional filter for booking dates.

    • More Filters: Allows for additional filtering options.

  2. Passenger Completion:

    • A bar chart showing total survey responses.

    • PAX % (Passenger percentage) is also represented but is much smaller compared to responses.

  3. Survey Questions & Results:

    • Various aspects of the flight and accommodation experience are rated.

    • Each section has three tabs:

      • Average: Shows the main rating score.

      • Manipulation Average: Likely an adjusted or weighted score.

      • Comments: User feedback.

    • Examples of Questions & Scores:

      • Airport Experience: 4.39

      • In-Flight Service: 4.36

      • In-Flight Food: 4.01

      • Hotel Room Standard: 4.19

  4. Display & Dashboard Controls:

    • A "Dashboard" button is present to navigate to another view.

    • A "Display" button allows changes in data visualization.
