Notification on Dashboard Stop Sale

Steps	Expected Results
1. Go to "Notifications" meu -> "Stop Sales"	Notification page is displayed listing all notifications available in the system
2. Under "Notification" section, go to "StopSales" Filer date if necessary	Filter is set by default for stop sale on the next 2 weeks (from current date) New "AGREED ALLOTMENT" column was added to display, if the case, the agreed allotment set on the rule New filter "Only Agreed Allotment" checkbox is displayed.
3. Press "Only Agreed Allotment" button	Only stop sales rules that have agreed allotment set will be displayed.
