Agreed Allotment Stop Sale
Overview
Use Agreed Allotment to reopen some availability while a Stop Sale is still in place.
It reduces the impact of the Stop Sale without removing it.
When to use it
You want to keep a Stop Sale active.
You need to sell a limited number of rooms anyway.
You agreed a fixed allotment with the supplier for a blocked period.
If you want to fully restore availability, use Remove (Undo) Stop Sale.
How it works
The system increases the Stop Sale’s final allotment by your agreed amount.
Formula: new final allotment = current final allotment + agreed allotment.
Example: if the Stop Sale reduces final allotment to 0 and you set 5, you reopen 5.

FAQ
Is Agreed Allotment the same as removing the Stop Sale?
No. Removing restores the original availability for the full period.
Agreed allotment keeps the Stop Sale but reopens a limited number of rooms.
Why do I have to uncheck Enabled to edit the agreed allotment?
The rule must be temporarily inactive to change its allotment impact.
What happens if I set Agreed Allotment to 0?
0?You reopen nothing. The Stop Sale impact stays the same.
Can I use Agreed Allotment for only part of the date range?
Yes. Split the rule first, then set agreed allotment only on the relevant period.
Where should I verify the change first?
Start with Stop Sales Logs. Then check Allotment per Day and Pricelist.
