Internal logs

Overview

Internal logs show a history of what people did in Tourpaq.

Use it when you need to see who changed something. It also helps you understand what happened and when.

Where to find it

Go to Setup → Internal Logs.

Only admins can open this page.

How to use it

1

Pick a time period

Choose a start date and end date.

This is the fastest way to narrow results.

2

Add filters (optional)

Filter by:

  • Agency/Brand (only show actions for one part of the business)

  • User (only show actions by one person)

  • Action type (only show a certain kind of activity)

3

Review the list

Look for the item you need.

Use the date and the username to confirm what happened.

What you can look up

Internal logs can include many types of actions, for example:

  • Exports (financial files, hotel lists)

  • Hotel messages sent from the system

  • Customer merges

  • Changes to discounts or products

  • Changes to room types or extra bed discounts

If you get too many results, start with a shorter date range.

Then add a user filter.

Tips

  • Use Internal logs when a colleague says “I didn’t change it”.

  • Check the date range first if you see no results.
