Price List Tags

Create and apply Tourpaq Office price list tags to label and filter price list lines (offers). Use TAG and TAG CH columns to highlight offers on your website without changing prices.

Overview

Price list tags let you label specific offers (price list lines / PLTA rows).

Use tags to filter offers and highlight selected offers on your website.

Purpose

  • Make selected offers easier to find.

  • Enable custom filtering on the website.

  • Highlight offers based on business needs (for example: “Special Deal”, “Early Booking”, “Family Offer”).

Preconditions

  • You must have access to the Price List menu.

  • At least one price list line must already exist (transport + hotel + room).

Instructions

Step 1: Create a New Tag

  1. Go to Price List → Price List Tag.

  2. Click New Tag.

  3. Enter a Name for the new tag.

  4. Click Save Tag.

Step 2: Apply a Tag to Offers

  1. Go to Price List.

  2. Filter to the offers you want (transport, hotel, room, dates, etc.).

  3. Click Display.

  4. Open Column Filters.

  5. Enable TAG CH (and/or TAG) and click Display again.

  6. From the displayed results, select one or more offers.

  7. Set the TAG value to the tag you want.

  8. Click Save.

The selected offers are now tagged. They can be filtered or highlighted on the website.
