Pricelist Tags

Overview

Price list tags allow you to assign a label to specific offers. These labels can then be used for filtering and highlighting offers differently on the website.

Purpose

• To make selected offers easier to identify.

• To apply custom filtering on the website.

• To manage and highlight offers based on business needs (e.g., “Special Deal,” “Early Booking,” “Family Offer”).

Preconditions

• You must have access to the Price List menu.

• At least one price list with transports, hotels, and rooms must already be created.

Instructions

Step 1: Create a New Tag

1. Go to Price List > Price List Tag.

2. Click New Tag.

3. Enter a name for the new tag.

4. Click Save Tag.

Step 2: Apply a Tag to Offers

1. Go to the Price List menu.

2. Add the desired transport, hotel, and room.

3. Click Display.

4. Open Column Filters.

5. Select the checkbox Tag Ch and click Display again.

6. From the displayed results, select one or more offers.

7. Assign the tag you want.

The offers are now labeled and can be filtered or displayed differently on the website.
