SMS Overview
Overview
The SMS Overview page provides a complete log of all SMS messages sent from the system, including booking-related SMS notifications. It allows staff to monitor message delivery, review communication history, and quickly troubleshoot cases where customers report not receiving an SMS.
Purpose
This page is designed to:
give operational and service teams full visibility over all outgoing SMS messages
check whether specific SMS messages were successfully delivered
search by booking, phone number, or date
ensure customers receive crucial travel information (e.g., departure reminders, delays, check-in info)
support compliance and auditing needs

Filters
The top section contains multiple filters that help refine the list of shown SMS messages.
Available Filters
SMS type
Select the category of SMS (e.g., Booking SMS, Payment SMS, Operational SMS)
Sent period
Define a date range in which the SMS was sent
Phone number
Search by recipient phone number
Status
Filter by status: Sent, Failed, Pending
Departure period
Filter based on the passenger’s departure date
Booking number
Search for SMS linked to a specific booking number
Display / More Filters / Clear
Display – Apply selected filters
More Filters – Show additional filter fields
Clear – Reset all filters to default
Table Overview
Each row represents a single SMS message.
Date Sent
Timestamp when the system sent the SMS
To Phone Number
The recipient’s phone number
Message
The SMS text (anonymized for GDPR protection)
Status
Delivery status of the SMS
Booking
Booking number connected to the SMS
Dept. Date
Passenger’s departure date linked to the message
Usage
Monitoring Sent Messages
Users can check if an SMS was successfully delivered or encountered errors.
Managing Delivery Errors
If an SMS was not delivered, the user can take corrective actions, such as manually resending it or verifying the phone number.
Exporting Data
If this functionality is available, users can download reports on sent SMS messages for further analysis.
