E-mail/SMS Center Statistics
Overview
Use E-mail/SMS Center Statistics to review sent messages.
It covers E-mails and SMS sent from Tourpaq.
It includes both automated and dynamic messages.
It helps you see what was sent, what failed, and what is queued.
Access
Open E-mail Setup → E-mail/SMS Center Statistics.
What you can use it for
Use this page to:
Follow how Dynamic E-mail/SMS is performing.
See message status, like sent, failed, confirmed, and queued.
Compare results across templates and categories.

Revenue totals (optional)
If your setup supports it, you can also see revenue totals.
You can view totals per template or category. You can also view an overall total.
Percentages
The page also shows percentages for the selected period.
These percentages can include opened, sent, failed, and queued.

Date range
You can view data for:
Last week
Last month
Last year
A custom date range
All results are based on the templates set up in Dynamic E-mail/SMS Center.
Message list
You can open a complete list of E-mails and SMS messages.
From the list, you can:
View message details.
See related booking details.
Manually confirm messages (if available).
Export the list to a file.
FAQ
What is the difference between “sent”, “failed”, “confirmed”, and “queued”?
Sent means the system tried to send the message.
Failed means it could not be sent.
Queued means it is waiting to be sent.
Confirmed means it was accepted as sent in the system.
Exact meanings can depend on your email or SMS provider.
Why do I see results for some templates, but not others?
Most often, the template was not used in the selected date range.
Also check that you are looking at the right brand and template type.
Why is the “opened” percentage missing or very low?
Open tracking is usually available for E-mails only.
It can also be affected by customer email settings and spam filters.
Why are many SMS messages shown as queued?
This can happen if there is a temporary delay at the SMS provider.
Wait a bit and refresh. If it continues, check provider status.
Where does the revenue total come from?
It comes from bookings linked to messages sent through Dynamic E-mail/SMS.
If you do not see revenue, it may not be enabled in your setup.
