Overview

The Customer page provides access to the list of all customers registered in the system. It allows users to search, filter, and view customer details such as contact information, company affiliation, and location. From here, users can quickly find specific customers, review their data, and verify if they are subscribed to the newsletter.

Purpose

This page is designed to:

  • Offer a centralized overview of all customer records.

  • Simplify the process of finding and reviewing customer details using various search criteria.

  • Display key customer information such as name, contact details, and location.

  • Indicate newsletter subscription status for marketing or communication purposes.


The “Find Customer” feature enables precise filtering and retrieval of customer information. Users can search by one or multiple criteria.

Filters and Search Fields

At the top of the page, users can filter or search customers using the following fields:

Search Customer

Free-text search across customer records (by name, email, etc.).

Customer No

Filter by unique customer identification number.

First Name / Last Name

Search for customers by first or last name.

Company

Filter customers by their associated company.

Email / Phone / Mobile / Fax

Search by specific contact information.

City / Address / Zip Code

Filter by customer’s location details.

Contact

Used to filter customers by a specific contact person.

Ev Phone

Additional phone field (e.g., evening or alternative phone number).

Country

Dropdown list to filter customers by country.

Departure Period (Start / End)

Used to filter based on departure periods related to customer bookings.

Users, Transports, Hotels

Additional filter sections that can narrow down results based on related data (click Edit to configure).

Additional options:

  • Display: Allows toggling between different display modes (e.g., list view).

  • More filters: Expands the filtering section with additional fields.

  • Clear: Resets all applied filters.

💡 Tip: Use multiple filters together to narrow down results efficiently.

Customer List (Table View)

After filters are applied, the lower section displays the customer records in a table format.

Column

Description

Customer No

Unique numeric identifier for each customer. This number is clickable and opens the Customer Details view, showing full information about the selected customer.

Customer Name

Full name of the customer.

Email

Primary email address of the customer.

Phone

Contact phone number.

Country

The country where the customer resides.

Zip Code

Postal code of the customer’s address.

City

City of residence.

Newsletter

Indicates if the customer is subscribed to the newsletter: 🟢 Green check = Subscribed 🔴 Red cross = Not subscribed

Each record in the list can be selected individually using the checkbox on the left. This enables bulk operations or detailed review of specific customers (depending on permissions and system setup).

Customer Actions

Once search results are returned, you can interact with the selected customer(s) using the following tools:

Description

Send Email

Sends a customized email to selected customers directly from the module.

Send SMS

Sends a custom text message to selected customers. Useful for quick updates or reminders.

Export

Exports the generated customer list to a file, typically Microsoft Excel, but other formats (CSV, PDF) may be supported depending on system configuration.

Show Schedules

Automatically generates and displays a scheduled list of customers based on predefined filters and timing settings (e.g., weekly export or monthly follow-up report).

💡 Tips

  • Exporting Data: If export functionality is available, you can export the filtered list to Excel or CSV to perform further analysis or reporting.

  • Sorting: Click on the column headers (e.g., Customer Name or City) to sort the list in ascending or descending order.

  • Newsletter Segmentation: Use the Newsletter filter to identify which customers are subscribed and easily build mailing lists for campaigns.

  • Quick Access: Clicking the Customer No gives direct access to all customer-related details, including booking history and contact information.

Conclusion

The Customer Center module centralizes customer interaction, data filtering, communication, and reporting in a single interface—optimizing workflow for sales teams and customer support.
