FAQ
1. Why don’t I see the offer I expected?
Check these first:
Your filters (Type, Resort, Hotel, Stars) match the offer.
Your Booking Period and Departure Period cover the offer dates.
Try removing date filters, then narrow down.
2. What is the difference between booking period and departure period?
Booking Period controls when the reservation must be created.
Departure Period controls when the stay/travel happens.
Both must match for an offer to be eligible.
3. How do I create or edit a special offer?
Use the setup screen on the hotel contract: Special Offer.
This overview page is mainly for searching, validating, and exporting.
4. Why does my CSV look “broken” in Excel (everything in one column)?
Your Excel import settings do not match the CSV delimiter.
Use Semicolon for Export if Excel expects
;.Otherwise, keep it unchecked to export with
,.
5. What do “Price”, “2nd”, “3rd”, and “4th” mean?
They are price/discount values per occupancy position. Extra columns are often used for extra persons in the same room.
If your offer is per room, some columns can be blank.
6. What happens if two offers overlap?
Overlaps can cause unexpected pricing. Validate overlap in this list, then review the rule setup and stacking options.
If you need more detail, check: Special Offer.
