FAQ
Why is a passenger not showing in the Golf Courses list?
Only passengers with the Golf checkbox enabled in the passenger list are included in the Golf Courses list.
What is the difference between “Request Date/Time” and “Confirmed Time”?
Request Date/Time is the customer’s preferred time.
Confirmed Time is the final time confirmed by the provider (when applicable).
Why can’t I select any requested times?
This usually means that time-slot availability is not configured for the golf product (or there is no availability for the selected date). Check the golf extra’s Allotment Type and time-slot setup (for example, Generic allotments) and confirm that allotments exist for the relevant dates.
Do golf rounds and tee times appear on the ticket?
Yes, where configured: the ticket typically includes the golf course name, rounds, and requested/confirmed times. If information is missing, ensure the booking is saved and reprint/preview the ticket.
