FAQ

Why does my Room Cost rule not apply?

Most misses come from stay dates, booking dates, or room filters.

What is the difference between per room and per passenger?

Per room applies once per room and is split across occupants.

Per passenger applies to each passenger.

Why did the price list not update after my change?

Rule changes do not always trigger recalculation immediately.

Updates can take up to 30 minutes.

Why do I only see one hotel cost total in Profit?

The Profit tab shows the total first.

Open the detail view to see the breakdown.

What does Extra Cost Included do?

It reduces the base price value used in the rule.

Why is my Early Booking rule with Board not applied?

All passengers in the room must match the same board type.

Can Early Booking and Stay and Pay combine?

Yes, if the relevant combination option is enabled.

Can cost become negative after several discounts?

No. If a day reaches 0, more discounts keep it at 0.
