Hotel allotment overview

Overview

The Hotel Allotment Overview is a reporting feature that provides a consolidated view of hotel room allocations. It displays the number of beds, rooms, and guaranteed rooms available within a given period.

You can access this feature by navigating to: Hotel → Business Intelligence → Allotment Overview

Filters

The overview includes five filters that allow you to customize the report:

1. Hotel Code – Search by hotel code. If you search using this filter, all other filters are disabled.

2. Transport – Filter allotments by a selected transport option.

3. Real Transport – Filter allotments by real transport option.

4. Resort – Filter results by resort.

5. Hotel Name – Search allotments by the hotel’s name.

If a cell is displayed with a red background, it indicates a Stop Sale on that specific date.

Displayed Data

• Bed Number

  • Shows the total number of available beds for the selected period.

• Rooms Number

  • Shows the remaining number of rooms that can be sold during the selected period.

  • You can choose to show only parent rooms by enabling the corresponding checkbox.

• Guarantee Rooms

  • By enabling the Guarantee Rooms checkbox, the overview will display the number of guaranteed rooms below the allotment line of each room.
