First Login & Account Setup

Overview

This page walks you through logging in for the first time, setting up your profile, and making sure your account is configured correctly before you start working.


Preconditions

Before your first login, make sure:

  • You have your username and a temporary password

  • You know which Brand(s) you'll be working with — ask your administrator if unsure


Step 1 — Log in

  1. Open your browser and go to your Tourpaq office URL (provided by your administrator)

  2. Enter your user and temporary password

  3. Click Log in


Step 2 — Change your password

On your first login it is recomanded to create a new password.

  • Minimum 8 characters

  • Include at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character

  • Do not reuse your temporary password

Click Save to confirm.


Step 3 — Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Tourpaq supports 2FA for extra account security. Your administrator may require this.

  1. Go to your User Profile

  2. Select 2FA Auth

  3. Follow the steps to link an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator)

  4. Scan the QR code and enter the confirmation code to activate

Don't skip 2FA setup if your administrator has enabled it.


Step 4 — Check your Brand access

  1. After logging in, look at the top of the screen for your active Brand selector

  2. Confirm you can see the Brand(s) assigned to you

  3. If a Brand is missing, contact your administrator to update your user permissions


Step 5 — Explore your profile settings

In your User Profile you can:

  • Update your display name and contact details

  • Review your role and permissions
