Questionnaires - General

Overview

Questionnaires are tools that allow companies to gather feedback from customers about the quality of their services. By analyzing customer responses, the company can identify areas for improvement and enhance overall service quality.

This section enables users to manage survey schemas used to collect feedback or other information — typically at the Brand level. From this interface, users can view, edit, or delete existing questionnaires.

Purpose

  • To collect structured feedback from guests about their travel experience.

  • To monitor service quality and identify improvement opportunities.

  • To maintain brand-specific survey configurations and customize the customer feedback process.

Fields and Actions

Field / Icon

Description

Survey ID

A unique identifier for each questionnaire. Clicking on the ID opens the survey editor, where you can modify general information, questions, and settings.

Description

Provides an overview or details about each questionnaire.

👁️ Eye Icon

Used to preview or view the details of a questionnaire.

🗑️ Trash Icon

Used to delete the selected questionnaire.

Create a New Questionnaire

To create a new questionnaire, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Quality → Questionnaires Schemas.

  2. Select the Brand for which the questionnaire will be created.

  3. Click Create.

  4. Fill in the following fields:

    • Name – The title of the questionnaire.

    • Help Text – A short explanation displayed when customers hover over the question mark icon.

    • Header – The text shown on the Customer Center page when customers view their booking.

    • Footer Text – The message displayed at the end of the questionnaire after guests complete all questions.

  5. Click Save to store the new questionnaire.
